If you receive our weekly My Pop-up Kitchen thursday@home menu, it means you have subscribed to this weekly email in the past, by emailing us at hello@mypopupkitchen or katy@mypopupkitchen, by filling out the Contact Us form on the webpage, or in person, requesting to be added to the weekly menu mailing list. If at any time, you do not want to continue receiving the menu, all you have to do is click the Unsubscribe link/button at the bottom of the email.

Online Shopping Cart and Checkout functionality on our website is provided by Shopify. This online e-commerce platform allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the Shopify application. Your data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall. If you complete a purchase by online card payment, Shopify and its payment processing gateways processes and stores your credit card data using industry-standard PCI-DSS and is only stored as long as is necessary to complete your payment transaction. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, is closed, altered or deleted. Traffic to and from, including to Shopify and payment processing gateways, is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 level encryption.
